- so the results came in and turns out that your cells don't have enough water and you have very low nutrients levels. You did have a seizure but it wasn't an extreme one, nut if you didn't eat yeserday it could've been worse.
- it was very hot outside which cause her body to overheat which is why her body reacted that way

- the paramedics loaded me up into the truck and hucks me up into the machines to run my heart rate, etc.
- huh?
- so you are free to go but today you have to drink 1 gallon of water throughout the day and for the next two weeks
- she has to eat a lot of soups and drink lots of water to recuperate for the loss and lack of liquids
- anymore questions? no? okay u are free to go, just drink lots of water and liquids and you'll be fine
- so does she have to eat something specific or do something?
- thank you doctor
- the nurse brings me into the room and takes blood samples to test it. Doctor comes in to ask me questions to collect data.

- we are getting ready to leave the hospital and the doctor give some little rules that I should follow to reach full recovery. Am I in shock and confused? Yea . Why? I have no idea
- when I arrive from the hospital I talk with my parents about how I'm suppose to eat from now on, basically I was on a diet.
- I finish telling my story of the most frightening thing that happened to me in my childhood. We crack a few jokes then she tells me her story, we talked and hung out for a few more hours.
