Amendment 26
As Shaggy daydream comes to an end he arrives at the vet to pick up his dog. Although he is hours late his dog is still happy to see him. Now that he's ran all his errands he and his dog head home.
It's around 5:00 o'clock and shaggy is relieved to be headed home. After this long day he's ready to chill. He has about a 20 minute walk home.
As shaggy thinks his busy day has come to an end. He over hears his neighbors arguing. He's close enough to hear most of the conversation. The argument is over the 26th amendment.
The older man argued that 18 year olds were too irresponsible to vote. The younger man thought that didn’t make sense. He believed if you could be drafted you could vote. They argued for about 20 mins as Shaggy pretended to watch his dog in the front yard of his house.
