- Okay, you are suspected of a murder.
- I plead the 5th!
- And I want to know what you were doing on the 5th of September.
- I want to know the charges against me.
- I have never had any one murdered and I have no bias towards people accused of murder.

- I will make sure to make this trail a speedy trail and a public trial

- Did he commit murder? And if not where were you guys that night?

- The man is taken to the courthouse to face punishment for his crimes he confrontshis prosecutor and asks what the charges are against him and the police officer has to tell him then the officer starts to ask a question about the charges that he is accused of committing and he Plead the 5th.
- No we cant he cannot be charged with the same crime twice.
- I have indicted the capital case and we find you not guilty.
- The Jury Has no bias towards people hat have committed or suspected of a murder, The judge is going to make this trail a speedy trail and a public trail in the area that the crime was committed in. The prisoner is calling a witness in his defense and would like the assistance of the counsel because he cannot afford it.
- The Jury Is giving this guy the Due of process because he has to this means that he has to be given a fair trial. His witness is swearing that she was with him the whole night.
- The man is found not Guilty because the grand jury looked at all the evidence given to him and found him no guilty the women thinks he is guilty but the man cannot be charged with the same crime twice.
- I want this trail to be done again!
