- I'm out of high school trying to still get my life together, maybe looking for an apartment and a job. I'm out of high school trying to still get my life together, I'm doing something I love and I think it's better than college because you don’t have to stay for too long. By 6 weeks I will be getting my diploma for culinary arts.
- At this time I’m probably starting trade school I wanted to go a different path and go my own way because not a lot of people can say that they went to college or trade school and I will be the first in my family to attend trade school but you never know maybe later on I will go to college, I have been thinking about it and it’s never to late!
- Tomorrow I have a big day ahead of me I have to go to trade school and were going to take a bus to this food festival that we were supposed to be in, we have to cook for some people hopefully we get 1st place.
- Me, Ana, Destiny, and Chris are at trade school cooking food getting ready for the Food Festival tomorrow.
- I am so excited to be participating in this event now it's time to get on the bus and go to the festival. Also, they’re having other activities at the festival as well.
- It’s time for the food contest. I'm very nervous but excited at the same time. This will be my first time participating in a food festival and they are going over the rules and as soon as they are done we will get started. Some hours pass by and now it’s almost time to go but before we leave the judges have to eat them to announce the winners.
