Yeah, I've heard. I'm not sure how to approach her. I'm a anxious about speaking up since she's older than me. Making the laboratory a stand-alone one, defeats the purpose of making it accessible which promotes good health and wellness for all because we aim to bring healthcare to those in need.

I’ll consult others first. It's easier to make a good decision and have a stronger foundation if I consult others. In this way, I am more confident in my decisions and voice out ideas properly.

Yes. I use that weakness as a strength by learning more through collaborations and research. In healthcare projects like this, knowledge is important because it's health we’re talking about. So I learn more by collaborating with peers, gathering ideas, and researching so I can promote better.
