- I feel distracted when you poke me because it stops me from getting my work done. Could you stop poking me, it is very distracting.

- I have asked you to stop poking me once, I would really like it if you would stop please.
- Hey, sorry for poking you all day, I know it was bothering you. I won't do it again.
