- Michael I saw one of your bakers today and she is not happy with her salary, we have to do something before they do.
- Susan who is a Baker at the Store is having a breakdown and Luvuyo from The Finance Department bumps into her
- The meeting
- People please calm down! I was not aware of this matter
- We demand full-time employment, we have been here for more than five years!
- Luvuyo tries talking to Susan and wants her to open up to him not as a senior but as a friend and colleague. As scared as Susan was she explained the strain she is under by not getting paid for working overtime. Luvuyo pleaded with her and promised to look into the problem.

- The employees are blaming me for their misfortune and feel like you are not being fair to them as they are in the lower class!
- I was not aware of that, but if only a few employees are complaining about that, it is not a problem we cannot have everyone on fulltime employment
- Luvuyo organised with his trainee manager friend that they meet with Susan to discuss a way forward with the matter.
- Susan decided to pitch with more of her colleagues who had mutual grievances and have been working for Shoprite for years but are not satisfied with the environment.
