He never exercises ever and he cant even get up to get his ice cream which is only downstairs

You cannot just live your life on your bed watching Netflix everyday of your life. It is extremely important to stay active and that could be something as simple as a walk or playing football with your friends. You should do something active everyday and it could be fun things too!!
You were right sis! I feel so much better after the walk and I think I am going to start being active everyday!! Lets go on a walk everyday after school
Yes, let do that! When you are active you have better mental health and have positive effects in your life as a result.
My brother is never active and is always laying down and resting. I finally asked him to go for a walk since he never gets out of the house except for going to school. 
After convincing him, I explained why it is important to live an active lifestyle.
After the walk he admitted that he feels a lot better after getting some fresh air and being active. We now plan to do walks together every day after school!
