HELD:The court held that even though the contract was created when she was a minor, it's created for a necessities for existence which is education. So that the minor has taken the entire benefits from it. Then he is legally bounded by the contract.
The validity of a contract can be challenged under "Capacity of the Parties" as in "Attorney General v. Costa " that exhibited if minor enter into contract with the assistant of the parent , minor gets bounded by contract.
