- It is the first day for the workers, they are in shock after being told to do work the have not been trained for.
- Why are you just standing there?!? Do we pay you to work or to just stand there?
- What is it that we should do when we were not offerd any training?
- The employees are confused on what to do and are trying to come up with suggestions on how to tackle the matter at hand.
- 3. Maybe we should just quit, we were not meant to work here.
- 1. Guys we are being told to do work we do not know and have never been trained at. what must we do?
- 2. Can't we contact anybody about this unfair treatment? a trade union maybe?
- The employees come up with an idea that they think it might be their solution.
- 2. I believe there is a trade union for us , that is Building, Construction and Allied Workers' Union (BCAWU)
- 1. Do we even have a trade union that represents us construction workers?
- 3. I know where their offices are situated, I will go visit them and see if they could help us with our situation.
