As part of my morning rituals, I begin my day by saying a prayer and making my bed.
Hello and good morning! It's a new day, once again. Another day to change things for the better!
What a beautiful day to start the day! Another day to make things right!
Oh, and I have an online class at 9 a.m. and a dental appointment at 1 p.m. today.
Before I officially begin my day, I check my social media and email accounts to see if there are any new changes, messages, or schedules.
As soon as I go to the gym at 6 a.m., I turn on the radio and listen to the news and musical entertainment while going through my training regimen.
These are some excellent pieces of music to listen to while exercising. Oh, and Batangas Province has been reassigned to Alert Level 2. That's some encouraging news!

Hmm, this lesson is proving to be quite difficult for me. I suppose it is time to watch some video courses on YouTube and read some online classes as well!
Taking a pause and relaxing is, without a doubt, the most effective technique to alleviate stress. I'll take a nap, talk with my pals, or watch fascinating videos on YouTube. I'll also be checking Facebook to stay up with the latest news.
I do take breaks and do things to keep myself entertained in order to keep my stress levels under control.
My work and life in general would not be as convenient and enjoyable if it weren't for the media and information available to me on a daily basis. In order to protect myself from false information, I will always use it responsibly and filter information.
