I f you end up in an unhealthy relationship and don't know what to do, you can seek help from a trusted adult or police.
An unhealthy relationship doesn't have consent. It includes put downs, ignoring and makes you feel uncomfortable.
A healthy relationship includes consent, compromise, understanding and makes you feel good.
You can also help others by noticing their unhealthy relationships and doing something about them, even if its one of your friends, like Keith did today
And remember, being in an unhealthy relationship under any circumstances is not ok.

If you are unsure about anything or need help, all you need to do is ask! You can also ask for help from those around you, like Keith did today. It was really nice of him to stand up to Fischer for you, even though he was his best friend.
You are right! Next time I will be sure to spot what kind of relationship I'm in and others are in. Now i heard Fischer was at the street party tonight and I'm gonna confront him!
