  • After studying and visualizing the case I can say that for the timeframe of 5 weeks of your pregnancy you are feeling 'Fatique', 'Dizziness' 'Weakness' 'Shortness of breadth' 'Headache' and much similar problems.
  • Ya, yesterday I was feeling fatique and having headache.
  • Yes exactly.
  • Therefore, by looking at these problems I can identify that there is a lack of iron in your body which is even affecting your baby and pregnancy.
  • Oh No! What can we do for this??
  • What is the solutiion for this problem?
  • Iron is a mineral that the body needs growth and development.Similarly, during the 10 weeks of preganancy body uses iron to make more blood to supply oxygen to your baby. If you don't have enough iron stores or get enough iron during pregnancy, you could develop iron deficiency anemia. Moreover, with this there would proper development of the child with all the vitamins and nutrients as it the babie's baisc need to recieve all the protiens and nutrieints for growth for being healthy with connection to the social responsibiliy of care for the baby with basic rights.

  • But as everything has its side effect having exessive iron stored in your organs would hamper your liver, pancreases and lead to threatining conditions like live or heart disease or dibaties too.Even having iron leads to some common problems like chest pain which are horrible during pregnancy weeks. Therefore, for this you can eat foods high in folic acid, such as dried beans, dark green leafy vegetables, wheat germ and orange juice but in smaller portions. You should eat foods that are high in vitamin C, such as citrus fruits and fresh, raw vegetables. Cooking with cast iron pots can add up to 80 percent more iron to your food but disclaimer have all this weekly or twice or thrice a week!

  • Yes any reccomended diet?
  • Umm, for this I suggest to include as muchfruits in your diets becuase fruits are naturally sweet and cheaper too 'watermelon' 'straberries' 'dates' and much more. But if you want variety you can infuse chicken in your diet if you are non-veg and if you eat peas then you can eat peas and broccoli, tofu. And this diet is user friendly too becuase this is not very expensive too compared to other big medicines or special food as these are normal vegetables avalibale everwhwere and in every vegetable vender so no stress!
