Well there is one and its coming from your end. I paid for that Iphone 12 as a gift for my daughter has a birthday present only for it to not be working. My daughter's birthday is coming up so i can't asked for a refund but an replacement of the phone I ordered in working condition.
The phone you received is not working. There must be error somewhere for that to happen.
I expected no less, however, if this kind of error going to happen again in the future, I'll take my affairs somewhere else.
Okay. How about this we don't currently have any Iphone 12 in stock so has a consolation for the error on our part we'll delivery an Iphone 13 free of charge to your place of residence on the day of your daughter's birthday.
