Two women returned to Jesus’ tomb but when they got there unusual events started to occur. There was an earthquake which afterwards an angel appeared, the angel rolled the tombs’ stone and then proceeded to sit on the rock.
Although, there were soldiers which guarded the tomb but were frightened and became unconscious. The angel spoke to the women and said that Jesus had risen, after this the women ran to tell Jesus’ disciples the good news.
Jesus has risen. Go and tell his disciples the good news.
