So for our psychology project I was thinking we could do something about stress. I read an article yesterday that said something like Chronic stress leads to high blood pressure, diseases such as obesity and heart disease, as well as mental health problems like anxiety and depression.
That's a great idea! Was that the same article that said between 2016 and 2020, the number of children aged 3 to 17 diagnosed with anxiety and depression grew by 27-29%? I read that article too!

Yeah, I've started to get really worried about her too. But there are ways we can help her cope like modeling our healthy coping mechanisms, helping her develop her own, and we can limit her screen time, I know her scrolling on her phone isn't lessening her stress either.
I'm starting to get really worried about our daughter. She seems so stressed lately with school and college admissions coming up. It even got to the point that I talked to a professional about the signs of it all like the irritability, anger, the trouble sleeping, neglecting her responsibilities, and not to mentions the eating changes.
