During the French/Indian war the Cherokee favored the British. They felt that if they favored the British they would be safer. Plus they would have a good relationship with the British.

After a while since the Cherokee had lots of Terrorties they decided to make an alliance. Since they felt clostest to the British They made one with them. Promising trade for protection that alliance was made.
They're gonna get it. A deals a deal.
During their alliance the trade flourished. And the Cherokee were throughly protected. However this alliance only lasted 30 years.
But why they are all gone already.

Soon the French/Indian war began. Because of this the British wanted all of the power. So they broke their alliance and stopped protecting the Cherokee.
Beause the British did this the Cherokee were enraged. They began going into British colonies and stealing their horses. Starting the Cherokee war.
However with the British strength the Cherokee were no match. They lost the war and lost many of their civilians. Though this wasn't even the worst of it. The battles they fought meant they lost all of their land in South Carolina; after all of their towns were burned down.
