- The main character is out hunting some deer. The time of the book is around medieval and it takes place in a town ruled by a bad king they he lives on a farm with his moms brother because she gave him up
- Climax
- Could your teach me how to handle my dragon
- While he was hunting something fell from the sky he walked up to it when he noticed that it was some type of egg. He picked it up and took it back to his farm
- Falling Action
- After he took the egg back to the farm he brings it into his room a little while after the had it in his room. It started to hatch after it had hatched he saw that it was a dragon blue in color it had scales but was very tiny
- Resolution
- A few years after the dragon has gotten bigger he met this man that was like a teacher to him he use to have a dragon to he knew how to train the dragon and fly it. The teacher starts to teach him how to fly and how to deal with the dragon. When they were learning how to fly they flew over this farm and saw smoke when they flew down to see what was happening they saw men dressed in all black there was fire on there house and barn
- After they killed the men that were setting the farm on fire they started putting out the fire Eragon's dragon was sitting in the field eating the burnt crops. After they put out the fire they went inside to see the damage that had happened from thepeople.
- Since the dragon was getting to big for Eragon he decided to let her go to be on her own the dragon would not forget him tho she would come back to him every now and then to visit. She was living up in the mountains where no one could find her It was better this way because since she was a dragon she was the reason that all this mess even happened every one was after her.
