- Good day co-workers I heard you request lets meet tomrrow morning at 9
- 1. shop steward just sent message in our group chat saying we can have meeting tomorrow morning
- 2. Okay finally this will get to the management
- 3. The issue we have is regarding our safety here we do not have safety working gear now our health is at risk
- 2. Morning i hope linda has briefed you about what the meeting will be about
- 1. Morning co-workers am glad we all made it on time
- 3. No i have not i wantd us to all discuss the issue same time
- Shop steward during lunch sending out time and date for the meeting
- 3.We need to make a list of the things that we need
- 2. That is why we called this meeting we want you as our elected representative to report this to the management
- 1. That is what we also facing me and linda the ladders we use to take top packed stock are not in good condition we can get hurt any moment
- 4. Yes and the things that have happened because of not having proper working gear
- Employees receiving message from shop steward scheduling their meeting
- 3. We also need helmet because those boxes can fall on our hand we need to take precaution
- 2. We need hand gloves because our hand skin is peeling of because we have nothing protecting our hands
- 1. What are the things we need because upstairs we need new ladder
- 4. I think thats all since u have mentioned what we need upstairs
