Sandy met some igneous rocks that had just recently formed when lava from the volcano had erupted. The igneous rocks were kind and friendly. They invited her tovisit the inside of the volcano. Sandy agreed.
Igneous rock
Hey Sandy!! Yes, we are igneous rocks. We just cooled down from the lava that erupted . Do you want to take a look inside part of our volcano?
Hey!! My name is Sandy. I am a sedimentary rock. Are you guys igneous?
When Sandy entered the volcano she wasn't prepared for the intense heat and pressure. She could feel herself changing. She was turning into a metamorphic rock. The igneous rocks that and invited her into the volcano also started transforming.
Metamorphic
Whoa!! I don't remember it being like this!!
Probably because we were molten rock!
Deposition
The sun was setting and it was getting late. Sandy didn't know her way back home so she decided to stay with her new friends. After the volcano erupted again maybe they'd meet more igneous rocks. She hoped that another sedimentary might end up visiting. But for now she was happy with her new friends.
