You can change positions, you can take a walk while stopping to breathe through contractions. You can also have gentle massages between contractions.

- So after your dilation we will be transferring you to the Delivery Room to start your birth process. Our team is competent and rest assured we will outmost do our best to give you a good, healthy and safe delivery.
