See? We are now experiencing the effects of climate change! It was very hot and sunny earlier, and now it's about to rain. This is scary!
You’re right. For many years now, we have been continuously living our lives without any regard for what the future may bring. Now that the consequences are clearly evident, the thought of it is very daunting.
All this talk about climate change just makes you think, doesn't it? I mean, now if you try to think deeper, this really is a global issue. And we've been ignoring it for decades now!
If people listened from the very beginning, this might not be happening yet to our world. Well, people just really won’t believe anything until they see it for themselves. Obviously, we didn’t heed a word of what scientists have been crying for decades. Look at the Earth now!
Good thing though, even Pope Francis made a stand in 2015 and called 1.2 billion Catholics to fight against Climate Change. Pope Francis declared that the science of climate change is clear and that the Catholic Church views climate change as a moral issue that must be addressed in order to protect the Earth and everyone on it.
Wow! That’s new information to me. But really, it is good to know that not only Scientists but also now even those in the church community are joining to fight for the cause.
