- Wow Ernesto, it seems like you are doing great! I am so proud of how hard you are working! Do you have anything specific you would like to talk about today?
- There are a few things. I was hoping you could check out my hand. While I was helping my dad at his construction site, I accidentally put a nail from a nailgun through my hand. I didn't have insurance at the time and my parents didn't want to get in trouble, so I pulled out the nail and glued my hand back together with some glue at the job site. It seems to have healed ok, but I was hoping you could take a look.

- Oh my Ernesto. Your hand looks fine now, but I am glad you diidn't get an infection. It is very important to see the doctor when something serious like that happens.
- I know, but we didn't have insurance and it is so expensive every time we come in. I knew it would have cost my parents so much money. I didn't want them to have to worry about it. While we are here, could you talk to my parents about the COVID vaccine? They are scared to get it because they don't want to give out their information, but lots of people in the community are getting sick and I am worried about them.

- Of course. The COVID vaccine is very safe and effective. It will help prevent you from getting sick with COVID 19.
