Tom goes to a cardinals game

Tom wants to go to a cardinals game. But before he can go he needs to get some gas since he is running low. He sees 3gas stations and sees which one is the cheapest. He wanted to buy it for less than 3.50$. This is beneficial because Tom just helped with scarce resources.
The game
After getting gas Tom continues his way to the game. Tom realizes that he is really early to the game. So he stops at ballpark village to get a drink. The drink he gets is 3.00 to make but sells for 3.50. The bartender just made 50 cents in profit. This is beneficial because it makes people want to work harder.
Game ends
After his drink, Tom enters the stadium. But he realizes he doesn't have any cardinals merch. Tom walks around the stadium till he finds 2 stores that sell merchandise. One store has cheaper products but worse materials. While the other one is more expensive but has better material. competition is beneficial because, without it, it can decrease workers' wages.

After buying his merch at the store, Tom decides to get some food and go find his seat.
After the cardinals win, Tom wants to go home. So he heads to his house.
When Tom gets home he sees someone running on his lawn. He just want to go to bed since the game was exhausting. But he has to yell at them to get off his property. He can do that since it is his lawn. Private property is beneficial because he is giving his property value.
