This is a violation of Amendment #4 which stands for the fact that nobody can search your house, body, or your papers and things unless they can prove to a judge they have a reason to do so. When the police officer forces the lady to open up, he breaks the 4th amendment.

This is a violation of Amendment #3 which stands for the fact that you don't have to allow soldiers into your house even if Congress needs to pass the law. One exception is during the war. The soldier just living in the lady's house without her consent is breaking amendment #3.

These handcuffs are too tight!
This is a violation of Amendment #8 which states that deputies cannot treat the accused brutally mentally, physically, and or financially. When the police officer puts on the handcuffs extremely tight, he is being brutal, extreme, and cruel which breaks the 8th Amendment.
