- Anne, dear, I think you shouldn`t play like that with Peter. It`s not dignified.
- He doesn`t like people around while he eats.
- Can I watch?

- You complain that I don`t treat you like a grown-up. But when I do, you resent it.
- I only want some fun... someone to laugh and clown with... After you`ve sat still all day and hardly moved, you`ve got to have some fun. I don`t know what`s the matter with that boy.
- Act 1 scene 4
- I`d rather not talk about it.
- Would you like some water? Was it a very bad dream? Perhaps if you told me...
- Its all right. Everyone feels that way. Margots so good. Shes sweet and bright and beautiful and im not.
- Anne Frank is wanting to look at Mouschi (cat) while he eats, however, Peter does not let.
- Act 2 Scene 2
- I wouldn`t say that.
- Oh no,I`m not. I know that. I know quite well that I`m not a beauty. I never been and never shall be.
- Anne Frank gets irritated with Peter because Peter does not let Anne look at Mouschi while he eats.
- Act 2 Scene 2
- No!
- I don`t agree at all. I think you`re pretty.
- Anne has a nightmare and calls Mrs. Frank to stay with her.
- Act 1 Scene 4
- Poor darling. Try to sleep then. I`ll sit here beside you untill you fall asleep.
- Anne Frank and Peter talk about Anne's feelings.
- Anne Frank starts creating a small relationship with Peter.
- Anne sleeps while Mrs. Frank stays beside her
- You don`t have to.
