Outsiders Chapter 3

Johnny and Ponyboy went to a parking lot to talk and stargaze. After a while, they fell asleep.
Johnny saved Ponyboy by attacking Bob, and he killed him in the process. He wanted to save Ponyboy and saw no other options.
Ponyboy woke up in the parking lot at 2:00 AM and rushed home. Darry got mad because he was home late, lost his cool and slapped him.
After Darry hits Ponyboy, he got mad and scared. He met Johnny outside and they ran away.
Bob tries to drown Ponyboy in the fountain after the socs find him and Johnny at the park. They were looking for them after they were with their girlfriends.
Ponyboy and Johnny got advice from Dally and decided to escape to the country afterwards. They didn't want to get caught, so they ran away.
