This is Nana. Nana is always saying she's tired. You see she does this to herself. Now you may be asking why or how does she let this happen to herself?
To answer your question, instead of sleeping, Nana tends to use her sleeping time to stay up at night watching movies or tiktoks.
By the time the next day comes and school begins, Nana is pretty much exhausted from the night before. Lily, her close friend, is concerned for Nana because she also slacks off at school due to her unhealthy habit.
So lily came up with an idea. When lily explained this idea to Nana, it gave her hope that maybe she can fix this unhealthy habit of hers. When night fell Nana couldn't wait to try this idea out.
Night time came, this was the hard part for Nana. Until she remembered what lily mentioned.
Lily mentioned that she too had sleeping problems. Until she took a special gummy to help her go to sleep. Until she stopped relying on the gummy it helped her get a regular sleeping schedule. So Nana was going to give this idea a shot. She
