So what can we do if we have a flu and not infect other people especially to those who are important to us, People with flu can spread it to others up to about 6 feet away so when we sneeze of cough we need to be 5 feet away from them so the droplets that have virus in it cannot land on them that causes to infect them and for more effortless and easiest way to not spread is to wear mask especially when you’re a carrier, so you cannot affect other people and even if you have no symptom wearing mask is essential nowadays because of the pandemic that we’d encounter.
