IR assignment #2

Deet walked into school with his head down hoping people wouldn't be talking about his dad. He didn't look at anyone all day because he didn't want to get made fun of. One of his teachers comforted him by telling how his brother went to prison for doing something he wasn't involved in.

everyone is looking at me I feel so embarrassed and I feel like people are going to make fun of me.
Deet made it to the prison when, he had to check in at the front desk, by getting a name tag and writing who he wanted to visit. He was scared everyone was looking at him, a little kid in a prison wanting to visit someone. He tried not to feel ashamed.

Deet's father walked through the door and was speechless, he stood at the door for at least a minute shocked. Deet tried to make conversation with his dad, but his dad was just staring at him. His dad was afraid that Deet was ashamed of him.
