Caleb loved to go and visit his mom at work, he found it so fascinating and cool that she was able to save people's lives daily. His mom was one of the best surgeons in the country and he aspired to be like her one day.
Caleb aspired to be like his mom one day when he grew up. Every kid has their favorite toy and Caleb's happened to be this doll that he would perform surgeries on.
One evening as Caleb was playing with his toy that he was performing surgeries on his mom came into the room crying. Caleb was so confused because he was just talking to her and the next moment she began to ball her eyes out and Caleb rushed to her side right away. Caleb comforted her and then asked what was wrong and what the mom said made Caleb's heart drop. The mom told Caleb that his aunt died.
It had been weeks since Caleb's aunt and everybody was starting to do better. To keep her mind busy Caleb's mom decided to clean up around the house a little and the first place she started was in Caleb's toy room. She picked up the toy Caleb practiced his surgeries and it brought a huge smile to her face, but she looked closely at the toy and she realized that it had the aunt's name on it and where the incisions were on the toy was where the aunts body had cuts on.
