- Dally lets it slip that Johnny and Ponyboy had gone to Texas so he knows it is clear to come and see the two boys. He told them that the police won't be coming here. So they decided to go get a bight to eat at DQ.
- Your starved?!
- Lets get a bite to eat I'm starved!
- Johnny, Ponyboy, and Dally fill up on sandwiches and ketch up about the gang and what they've been up to. Dally tells them that there is a big rumble coming up that should solve many problems if they win. 
- Cherry the soc!
- We even got our selves a spy. Whats that good looking socs name? Oh right Cherry.
- Aaaaaaaah!HELP!HELP!
- Boom
- Johnny decides that he should turn himself in so him and Ponyboy don't have to run and hide for the rest of their lives. Ponyboy and Dally are quite shocked at this dissension. 
- What!
- When we get back I'm going to turn myself inf
- You can't do that Johnny they'll put you in the cooler
- They get back to the church and it's on fire. Ponyboy starts sprinting in to save the kids because he thinks it's his fault. Johnny is right behind them.
- No Stop I'll get them
- It's my fault. It's my fault.
- Once they get in there there was at least 5 kids so they grab them and through them out the window. Ponyboy jumps out after the kids but Johnny had a beam fall on him so he was rushed to the hospital along with Dally who burnt his arm.
- They got to the hospital and Sodapop and Darry were there. They caught up and Darry was almost in tears because he felt so bad and so worried. 
- Don't worry about it Darry
- Ponyboy your hair! Your tough tough hair!
- Ponyboy were you've been?I didn't mean to hit you 
- I'm sorry
