Hi! My name is Jonas, and I have escaped my restricted society and am hopefully exploring what is a better world.
We can just say my story didn't end well, and I just hope my sacrifice made a difference.

In my society, The Community, we run everything in an orderly fashion and constantly prioritize sameness. We have to share our emotions daily, and at first it may seem like we are free to be who we are, but even our ability to see color is suppressed. Each kid is given the same gift at the same age, and your job is chosen for you. Our rulers, The Elders, can even kill you for making the slightest mistake, like being a baby who cries too much.

My world was not that different. We too had to live everything in an orderly fashion decided by the all controlling Ticktokman. My society had to follow everything so accordingly to every second, that we too had no room for personality. We also had the constant fear of being killed, or close to it for small mistakes. You see, the Ticktokman could take time from your life for being even a few minutes late. This caused everyone to follow the rules and lose individuality.
