- In chapter one justyle’s girlfriend called him to pick her up and that’s when a cop arrested him because he thought he was abusing the girl just because of his skin color
- GET ON THE GROUND AND DONT MOVE OR TALK OR I WILL SHOOT YOU! I HAVE SEEN WHAT YOU PEOPLE DO TO WEAK WOMEN.
- She’s my girlfriend and she’s drunk she called me to take her home. Please i did nothing wrong.
- OK EVERYONE THATS ENOUGH!
- (Chapter 3)In class they have a conversation about racially profiling and it gets heated when Jared says something racist and SJ stands up to him.
- YES IT IS YOU JUST DONT DEAL WITH IT BECAUSE YOUR WHITE!
- Racially profiling is not a thing
- Justice gets into the college of his dreams and he comes to show SJ his new friend and she is more then happy for him. (Chapter6)

- Justice and SJ enter a state debate tournament where they talk about racial profiling and they end up winning and watching his is his bff and the only other colored person in there predominantly white school. (Chapter9)

- Manny and Justice get into an argument at Jared’s party over the clothe mannys white friends are wearing that make fun of black people. (Chapter 10-12)

- They later make up and they go for a drive and they had there music playing and that’s when a cop off duty shot manny because they didn’t turn the music down while driving. they later hold a funeral for manny and start a protest against black hate. (Chapter 13-23)
