- As my frustration with the school grew, It led to me having a series of public outbursts. Instead of responding with mental health resources to help me deal with these issues the response was always fear and calling in the school's resource officer.

- After being expelled I had no avene for socially developing my behaviour, and I ended up making several bigger mistakes. Because of the color of my skin, my family environment, my economic situation, and my schools response to my behaviour, it felt like I had never really been given the chance to escape incarceration.
