He is going to show up as a fool. Maria was smart. Olivia hates the clothing
Duke Orsino thinks that Cesario is in love, and Cesario admits. Cesario says the woman who he is in love with is alike with Orsino, but it is actually Orsino. Orsino wants Cesario to woo Olivia again, so he tells a story about "his sister" to confess his feelings secretly. 
Sir Toby, Sir Andrew, Maria, and Fabian drop off the letter in Malvolio's way. He picks up the letter, and starts reading.
Malvolio reads the letter, and gets tricked badly. He deeply believes that Lady Olivia loves him, and he is going to show up with the clothings that Olivia hates.
