So how do I get rid of a virus and prevent it from coming back?
To get rid of the virus, you have to: 1) Install an antivirus solution. 2) Disconnect from the Internet so then the virus can't spread any further. 3) Restart the computer in ‘Safe Mode’. 4) Delete temporary files. 5) Run a virus scan. 6) Delete any viruses found. 7) Rescan and rebootDon't download any software or apps from the web, unless you have checked with an adult that it's safe.Never click on an email attachment, unless you know who it is from and what they are sending.
