I just finished journaling my first month and I found a way to cope! One way is the 6-2-4 breathing method! I'm gonna call my friend Katie to come over tomorrow.

Of course, anytime! But anyway answering your question, it means to much to me because I want to feel more calm and deal with these situations better.
I'm going to give myself a time limit so that way i'm more motivated! Maybe 6 months because I need time.
After 6 months I feel so much better! I deal with stress in a more healthy way then before, now instead of crying I go on walks and practice my breathing and i'm less worried!
