Two truths are told As happy prologues to the swelling act Of th’imperial theme
In this scene, the witches tell Macbeth about the prophecy of him becoming king. Macbeth initially doubts them because he still believes the current Thane of Cawdor is still alive, but he accepts it when he finds out he is not. Macbeth then begins to realize that the witches prophecy will come true and he becomes eager to hear the witches third prophecy, which he thought was him becoming king.

Lady Macbeth receives a letter from her husband, Macbeth, about the prophecies the witches had told him about him becoming Thane of Cawdor and King. She begins to fear the he is becoming too kind and it will get in the way of his ambitions to become king.

Act I, Scene 7
if it were done when 'tis done, then 'twere well it were done quickly
Macbeth begins to contemplate killing Duncan (the King) because he thinks it would be morally wrong of him. After all, Duncan trusts him, and doing that to Duncan would be bad. Lady Macbeth then tells him of her plan to kill Duncan and Macbeth accepts her plan.
