Storyboard Text
- The news spread quickly that Jesus was back home.
- Four men arrived with a paralysed man on a mat.
- The house Jesus is staying at is so crowded with visitors that there is not much room for him.
- The news of Jesus had spread around and many people wanted to see what he was doing. No matter where Jesus went, great crowds of people would follow him. Jesus went to his own town and news spread that he was back home.
- The four people dug a hole in the roof above Jesus and passed the man to him.
- Meanwhile, some men heard that Jesus was in town, so they decided to take their paralysed friend to him to be healed, but their paralysed friend couldn't walk. When they reached the house that Jesus was staying at they couldn't get passed.
- “My child, your sins are forgiven,” Jesus spoke to the man.
- The house that Jesus was staying at was packed, So he began to preach God's word to the people.
- After telling the Religious law people off that questioned his technique Jesus made the man walk again.
- the four men couldn't get passed the massive crowd of people so they went to the roof and started to dig a hole right above Jesus. Then they lowed their friend in front of Jesus.
- Jesus saw their faith so he said My child, your sins are forgiven. There were some teaches of religious law. They said to themselves who does he think he is, only God can forgive sins.
- “My child, your sins are forgiven,”
- Jesus told the paralysed man to pick up his mat and walk it home, so the man got up and surprisingly could walk so he took his mat home.
