Alfredo heard the conversation between his family, and that made him think about what happened between his relationship with Esperanza.

On the other hand, Esperanza confronted Alfredo that she noticed he never waits for her anymore after Sunday masses and Alfredo reasoned that he came home after work and sometimes he went “neighboring”.
