In this scene Tybalt wants to defend his families name and he's been holding anger inside of him and finally will confront the Montagues
Tybalt
"Boy this shall not excuse the injuries#160;That thou hast done me. Therefore turn and draw."
"Good King of Cats, nothing but one of your nine lives..."
Mercutio
"I am for you" (draws his sword)
"Draw, Benvolio. Beat down their weapons. Gentlemen for shame! Forbear this outrage. Tybalt, Mercutio! The Prince expressly hath Forbidden bandying in Verona streets. Hold Tybalt! Good Mercutio!"
"Come, sir, your passado."
Thou, wretched boy, that didst consort him here Shalt with him hence.(Benvolio)- There lies that Tybalt.
Alive in triumph- and Mercutio slain! Away to heaven, respective lenity, And fire-eyed fury be my conduct now. Now, Tybalt take the "villain" back again
Help me into some house Benvolio. Or I shall faint, A plague o' both your houses! They have made worms' meat of me. I have it, and soundly too. Your houses! (mercutio dies)
Romeo now joins in and is trying to make peace but Tybalt is set on this confrontation so he tells Mercutio to draw his sword and fight back Tybalt. 
Tybalt stabs Mercutio under Romeo's arm and kills him. Romeo stabs Tybalt back and Tybalt as well dies. This shows the theme because Tybalt was acting on anger and did not express his feelings in the best way which led to extreme endings and consequences.
