Tybalt and Mercutio had a feud that ended up with a tragic ending. They fueled up the heat by saying insults to each other back and forth. 
The people within Verona had seen the outcome of the feud that went down with Romeo and Tybalt and the Capulets were against Romeo. With the deaths brought upon the town of Verona, the    had come up with a punishment for Romeo and it was to leave town. Because of the feud, the heat within the Capulets and Montagues had risen.
Juliet was contemplating her feelings. She was feeling such strong emotions all at once and was in the biggest shock. With her cousin dying and her rethinking Romeo as a person, it was a lot for her. She was confused and had strong complications with herself. Juliet was thinking of what she had become a part of and realized that this was one of the outcomes that came with romancing with the "enemy".
