In this picture, the father is advising her daughter on what she ought to do if somebody asks for help. This is an example of an adult influencing a child's set of morals and the consequences of not obeying it.
The child eventually ran into an elderly lady who was hesitant to cross the street. She asked for help which made the girl think of what her dad told her. The kid is mindful that her father would be upset if she refused to assist the elderly lady.
She determined to help the old lady realizing the consequence she'll get if she won't help her. Jewel made her own decision making, demonstrating the moral framework she learned from her father. This would be a positive role model on others who saw her.
