- Man, I wish there were some good coffee shops around town. This Cup O' Joe ain't cutting it.
- What if we started a coffee shop? Y'know, like a partnership?
- Skluzavka: 2
- With a partnership we could share costs and profit, making it easier on the business. Not only that, but they're wicked easy to set up.
- Partnerships are cool, but the liability and duties would be solely on us. And with them being easy to set up, they aren't easy to get rid of.
- Skluzavka: 3
- You don't seem very fond of the idea of startin' a business with me. Maybe I can make one of them Sole Proprietorships.
- Still simple to set up and I'd have full control. Not to mention the government would have less of their grubby hands in my coffee beans.
- Skluzavka: 4
- I'm not against starting a business with you, just don't want to be caught with all the liability is all. And Sole Proprietorship wouldn't help with that, you'd be liable for everything and could very well lose everything. Not to mention ya get higher taxes.
- A corporation would help us in that regard because we would be shareholders. If it were to go belly up in debts, we wouldn't be liable. And if things go well, it'll be around long after we're gone and done
- Skluzavka: 5
- Well maybe that's the way to go for liabilities, but you'd still need to hire lawyers. And there'd also be double taxation for our business. Also a lot more strict regulations.
- Ya it'd be a whole lot more expensive, but much more safe than our other options. I think it would be our best shot at making some good Joe.
- Skluzavka: 6
- I really think that this "corporation" idea is really startin' to pay off. Even if I don't quite enjoy how much Uncle Sam has a say.
- Yeah, this double taxation isn't any fun, but at least we don't have to worry about liabilities as much.
