- Gabriel, there are just too many applications to keep track of! This is so frustrating!
- I understand Janice. You are not the first tenant to tell me this. I feel the same way!
- I need to find a solution to this issue... Didn't Paul suggest something called Rocket Rentals? Ah well, what's there to lose, let me check it out!

- Janice (one of the tenants), complains to her landlord, Gabriel, about the number of apps on her phone installed just to control her IoT devices. Gabriel feels stressed as this is a common problem for all his landlords. Moreover, he faces the same problem as he has even more apps installed as the owner.
- JANICE, YOU HAVE TO TRY ROCKET RENTALS OUT! It solves all your problems!
- Gabriel racks his brain all day to think of a solution to this problem. Just then, he remembers his fellow landlord peer recommending a platform called 'Rocket Rentals'. Gabriel decided to give it a try.
- Gabriel is astounded to see that the platform, once he adds his IoT devices, allows him to categorize them according to the rental units/rooms they are in! He is pleasantly surprised to see that when a rental unit is in use, the tenants will be able to use the same platform to control all the appliances.
- Oh my! I can control both my TV and AC with this platform! It does work, this is so convenient!
- Janice is surprised to receive a call from her landlord, Gabriel. He excitedly informs her of the platform and asks her to download it without any delay. Janice is intrigued and downloads Rocket Rentals.
- Janice experiements with the platform and realises she can add or remove devices to her convenience. She is absolutely thrilled to only use one platform to control all her smart appliances.
- After setting up all her IoT devices in Rocket Rentals, Janice tries switching her smart TV and air conditioner on. She is delighted at the fact that she finally found a solution to her problem.
