How was your class today?
It was amazing, the students were motivated.
How did you keep them motivated?
Well, I was able to provide them feedback where they could identify their  weaknesses and strenghts. This was achieved by the assesment I did.
How does it help  our performance? I want to apply it to my classes !
We can know the level of our students. Also, we can search and design the proper activities for them.
For me, learners have the opportunity to build, discover and share their knowledge gained.
