How does this business generate revenue for us? Do we take a fixed price or a percentage of each coin generated with HairCare?

both are having a hard time on deciding whether they should use a fixed price within the subscription or a percentage of income the shop made with the app.
surely take the percentage! and as for the features , just add them time to time within the second year
how about the features? door to door services, and etc?

After further stressful discussion, Jeremy suggested to consider everything after they meet Mr. Radit
Mr. Radit suggested for them to use a percentage for every coin made with the app.
Mr. Radit also suggested to add features gradually by the second year.
