- One afternoon ,school had just ended, and it was raining cats and dogs. The thunder howled, the rain went pitter patter.The narrator was walking home with her umbrella when she saw her classmate,Junyeong running in the rain without an umbrella. Junyeong was already getting soaked in the pouring rain.
- Thus,the narrator walkers up to Junyeong and offers to share her umbrella. The narrator shares the umbrella with Junyeong, purposely tilting the umbrella towards Junyeong to cover her fully from the rain.They laughed and talked as the narrator took Junyeong home.
- At the door, Junyeong thanks the narrator profusely, and even offered to let her stay in the house until the rain stopped. The narrator brushed it away with a wave and winked, walking off into the distance. That was when the narrator felt so happy.Although she was shivering like a leaf and soaked to the bone, her heart felt warm and fruitful. She had learnt the true meaning of an act of kindness.
