- Seeing that I do not have any ideas Ariston would not mind me sitting the meeting out. I would be of no use.
- Why does it seem so hard to come up with ideas for this project. I cannot give up now I knew it would not be easy. Me and my team got this!
- Ariston I did not assign you this project because it is easy. I assigned you so that you can run your own team and be able to fix problems.
- Sir I seem to be struggling with this project it is not as easy as it sounded in the beginning.
- In this scene Tella is doubting himself, and the self doubt is making him wanting to bail on meetings.
- Ariston you got this, this is only a setback it does not mean you should give up.
- Ariston is trying to come up with ideas but he realizes it is not as easy as it seemed. He started motivating himself not to give up.
- Tella we will manage do not doubt yourself, someone once tolde me that it is only a setback and that does noy=t mean we should give up.
- Ariston I have been thinking of ideas for the project but still nothing.
- In this scene Ariston went to the trade union organiser /manager that he is struggling, but the trade union organiser told him to find a way to cope and solve the problems himself.
- Me and my team would not give up untill we successfully complete this project.
- This scene Ariston appreciate the trade union organiser's motivation speech and for believing still in him.
- Thank you Sir for the motivation and for believing in me even in this state.
- Ariston motivates Tella to overcome the setback and to never give up.
- Ariston is sitting at the desk putting in extra hours to overcome this setback.
